Modification and Cancellation Conditions 2023

Important notions:

 

Services means the tourism services and products such as hotel stays, rental cars, motorbikes or other vehicles and services other than hotel and rental vehicles offered through the Website.

Business Day means any day of the week except Saturday, Sunday, public holidays in Belgium and the days with no bank operation in Brussels. When calculating terms, only a full day will be considered a Business Day.

Office Hours means each Business Day from 10:00 AM to 17:30 PM. Events / cancellations / modifications / questions after 17:30 PM, are considered to be done on the following Business Day.

 

 

Important:

 

  • Modification, even the spelling of the name of the passenger, may lead to cancellation of the original reservation and result in a new reservation where neither availability nor price can be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations should be made in the following manner at www.euram.eu:

o           Cancel Services for Free:

                • The "Cancel for Free" button is visible on www.euram.eu for the booked Services up to 30 days before departure. Cancellations can only be made through this function.

 

o           Services not cancelled free of charge:

                • The "Cancel for Free" button is not visible as for different cancellation conditions or Services within 30 days before departure. Cancellation order can only be given to the EURAM Support Team through the Communication tab.
                • Please note that a cancellation or modification after office hours, or on Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in Belgium or the country of destination, will be deemed to have been made on the next Business Day.

 

 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

 

Services with the indication "free cancellation until <date>":

  • Up to 30 days before departure: 0%
  • Between 30 days and 3 working days prior to departure: 20%
  • 3 working days or less before departure: 100%

 

Services with the indication “non refundable”:

  • Up to 30 days before departure: 100%
  • Between 30 days and 3 working days prior to departure: 100%
  • 3 working days or less before departure: 100%

 

In addition to the above general cancellation and modification conditions, other conditions may apply. These are always clearly displayed with the Service.

 

Please note that EURAM reserves the right to adjust the conditions in case of, but not limited to: strong currency fluctuations (we buy dollars today for your client's trip today), change of market conditions, too high cancellation/booking ratio, etc.
